By submitting a payment to me you are agreeing to pay for a service. When the payment clears 3giraffes agrees to complete the agreed upon service and remit the product to you in a timely manner. There is typically a 1-2 week turn-around time for mailing out a completed product due to the custom nature of the services offered. If there is more time needed, for whatever reason, 3giraffes will contact you as soon as it is known that the item will not be available in the previously agreed upon time frame.
